A family owned company founded in the 1930's, DiZebba and Sons, Inc. today continues the family tradition of building premium custom homes in the Washington D.C.-Annapolis metropolitan area.

Geaton DiZebba, Sr. started working for his father in the late 1930's and now he and his two sons have contributed over 110 years of combined experience to DiZebba and Sons Inc.  Our company isn't managed by a string of supervisors and subcontractors with the lowest price.  On our job sites there is always someone you know and trust readily available to assist you directly. 

By combining Old World craftsmanship with state-of-the-art technologies and top-of-the-line materials, plusan environmentally conscious attitude toward land and waste management, we provide homes of quality anddistinction to our home buyers. 
Custom home plans of unique design and detail can be brought to our office for pricing, or potential home buyers can work with our architectural associates to compose plans specific to their tastes.  DiZebba and Sons, Inc. homes from Kent Island to The Watergate Complex, and from Mt.
