Gaetano Dizebba
DiZebba and Sons, Inc. has been a family-owned company for over 90 years.
Based in Annapolis, Maryland, DiZebba and Sons serves the Washington D.C. metropolitan area with projects ranging from the Watergate Complex to Kent Island, from Mount Vernon, VA, to Solomon’s Island, MD.

As his grandfather instilled in his two sons the principles of old-world craftsmanship in the home building industry during the mid-1930s, Gaetano DiZebba Jr. now represents the third generation of the family, continuing to exercise those practices.
With the tutelage of his dad and older brother, Gaetano brings over 10 decades of hands-on experience and old school principles that never go out of style. “Our company remains hands-on and personally involved with in-house crews. Our jobs are not run by someone with just a cell phone, but rather by a superintendent with practical trade experience who can manage the questions of all trades. In addition, we encourage our customers to visit the site as often as possible and to interact with the process, to ask questions, and to feel like they are part of the product.”

We believe homes should be built to last. By combining the traditional principles of old-world craftsmanship handed down over generations with modern building techniques, quality material, and a responsible approach to land and waste management, we create homes that stand the test of time and serve families well.

Every home we build is unique in character, as is the family we are building for. We pay special attention to every family’s needs to ensure the finished product fits their requests. Clients may bring their own plans or work with our architectural partners to create a design suited to them.
At DiZebba and Sons, building is not just our work. It is a family tradition we are proud to continue for generations to come.
